As manufacturer of a variety of Valve Guides, it’s our responsibility to maintain quality standards of our products. Our engineering experts design and develop the valve in accordance to industry standards and these products are processed in presence of our quality analysts. Quality people working with us are responsible for conducting stringent quality tests at each stage of product development. For graded casting of the products offered by us, we are supported and equipped by the laboratory for chemical analysis. For manufacturing our products, we use raw materials that include hard coke and pig iron, which are sourced from trusted and reliable vendors. To ensure their standards of the raw materials, we quality tests these raw materials in our chemical laboratory stringently. These valve guides have Microstructure which is in form of pearlite matrix and 5% maximum free ferrite composition. Free carbide is also present in 5% maximum content in cellular or discontinuous form. These valve have hardness of around BHN of 210-260. As per the requirement Copper, Molybdenum and Nickel may also be added. These all works are done in-house in our tool room and machine shop under guidance of experts. Molybdenum, Copper or Nickel can easily be added for alloying our products. We have with us a complete tool house to maintain shapes and sizes of our products we have the ability to modify even the offered products.
